A strong process engineering background is required for industrial projects including food, bioenergy, and pulp and paper. You will be working as part of the process department within our fully integrated design team.
Your main priorities will be in executing process engineering projects, and will involve detailed design, equipment specifications, process arrangements, process calculations, discipline leadership, and coordination of drafting and design throughout the design / execution project phases. Coordination with all disciplines is essential. Scoping, budgeting and execution experience desired. Client interface during the proposal and execution phases is required.
Requires a B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
Mass balance software experience such as CadSIM+ or Aspen is a plus
Registered P.E. or willing to become registered

We are currently seeking experienced and entry level Electrical Engineers. The qualifications required for the experienced individual applying for this position include:
Requires Bachelor of Science – Electrical Engineer
Registered P.E. or willing to become registered
Emphasis in Power Distribution and Motors/Motor Control
Knowledge of AC and DC Drives
Familiarity with the National Electric Code
Ability to lead project electrical engineering effort
Ability to actively coordinate with other disciplines and project team
Familiarity with heavy industrial type projects
Ability to develop electrical project scope of services
Familiarity with Power Systems Analysis software and Power Systems studies is a plus

Project Financial Lead – Executive Team
A strong financial background is required for this position along with a strong computer skill set. We are looking for a candidate with a practical blend of work experience and education. Your main priorities will be in serving internal and external needs related to engineering services for capital expansion projects, and will involve playing an active role in project teams by providing tools and support to drive accountability and measurements; develop project design effort loading projections / predictions, project cost tracking / projections, resource requirements / projections. Candidate's internal client will be our project managers and management team.
Additional duties: compile / develop project estimating database, engineering project fee estimating data base, develop monthly project engineering status / progress reporting standards, monthly P & L, and manage internal accounting resources.
We would also like to expand our services into project procurement support and tracking, based on prior success. Good communication with technical project managers and all engineering disciplines is essential. Scoping, budgeting and project execution experience desired. Client interface during the service proposal and execution phases is required.
Successful candidate will report to the president as the Financial Lead member of our recently established Executive Team, which also includes the following current members / functions: Organizational Development, Project Management, Technical Lead, and Business Development Lead.
Requires B.S. in Finance or related degree.
