Jeannine M. Powell, P.E., Baisch Engineering Civil/Structural Engineer, recently became a new firm shareholder. Baisch Engineering is a privately held multi-disciplined engineering firm serving process related industries.
Jeannine has 16 years of structural engineering and design experience ranging from residential to industrial. She has designed steel and concrete structures for various industries including pulp and paper, laboratory facilities and commercial buildings. She also has experience designing structural precast concrete element for a variety of building and project types.
Creating and designing may be a common thread in Jeannine’s life, as she also likes do it in her free time. With an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Jeannine enjoys being in the kitchen cooking and baking for her family and friends. She also enjoys knitting, crochet, and sewing, as well as building furniture with her husband, including a 4-story dollhouse for their two daughters.

Jeannine received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structures from Northwestern University in Illinois. She is a member of ACI (American Concrete Institute) and ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers).
