It’s no secret that Baisch Engineering works hard to create a community within our company. Team members spend plenty of time working and we truly want everyone to feel part of the team. This sentiment of community extends beyond our team to our geographical community.
An important part of Baisch’s goal is to provide opportunities for team members to give back to the community we work in. Baisch provides Volunteer Time Off hours for team members to use with organizations they are passionate about. In addition, we provide opportunities for groups to come together and volunteer as a group.
In 2023, we had nearly half our team members use volunteer time off hours! Organized activities included volunteering at Feeding America, Paul’s Pantry, manning Red Kettles for the Salvation Army and volunteering at the local Diaper Bank.
We also ran several donation drives including collecting diapers and feminine hygiene products for Jake’s Network of Hope, school supplies for Outagamie County, winter wear for our neighborhood school Victor Haen Elementary, food, toys and more for Saving Paws and supplies for SOAR Fox Cities.
